More Tea Darling Coffee Van

We offer an on the job Barista Training Programme.

 

Once trained by others who have already gone trough our training programme attendees will be able to make the full range of  Barista coffee's.

 

They will be then supported to contact community groups such as their previous schools e.g.  St. Ann’s/Belvue to arrange a lunch time visit where they will serve coffee to the staff in their lunch break, giving a safe environment to gain practical experience.

 

We have regular places where we pitch the van as well as events we are invited to attend, giving lots of work experience and volunteering opportunities.

There are multiple skills that can be gained as well as Barista, they will be working as part of a team, doing stock taking and learning about rotation, money management, admin, build on their communication and social skills as well as making cakes/cookies that are sold  on the van.
